I have made a payment arrangement for my outstanding debt and have sent two emails with proof of payment as requested yet I still get calls saying I have not made payment and I'm going to be listed.

Dolly Mathebula was the contact person, so now I am being charged for all this calls I receive everytime which increases the agreed upon amount.

Failure to resolve this matter will result in a despite with the ombudsman.
