HTN ATTORNEYAS IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Thursday I got a call from HTN attorneys regarding my Markhams account, the agent i spoke with then advised me that you are offering me a 70% discount and that i should pay R2313. I paid this amount on Friday in store as she told me I could pay it in store and just advise them of the reference number. I got an SMS stating thank you for my the payment and we awaiting on your next payment! How can that be when this was a settlement discount offered!!!!! The agent told me that she will be sending me my settlement letter once I make the paymentof R2313.

When I call the customer care number I can never get through to a someone!!!!! I need someone of HTN to send me my paid up letter and forward my details to the Burueas to have my credit profile updated!!!!!

Please forward me my settlement letter ASAP........ I tried calling the customer care number but cannot get through!!!!!
