I have been requesting for your staff to stop calling me. Now for the past few months what they do is call on my work number (1 ring and they hang up). Bear in mind they will do this 3 to 4 times on the landline , then the same process on the cellphone. If I ask for the statement and see so many calls that you guys are charging me then I guess you know what will happen next.
