Constant harassment, and violation of the code of conduct as set down by the Debt Collectors Council, to whom I have reported them. Apart from sending endless threatening SMS, more than 1 call a day, demands to increase payments amount, in the COVID19 period, they continue to state that payments haven't been made, when I have proof that this isn't the case. Not only do they harass, but they don't update the credit bureaus to reflect that you are making payment, and monthly report to the credit bureaus that payments aren't being made - which is falsifying information to the detriment of consumers. Enough is enough.
