Heartless conduct

I have been unemployment for two years and recently started working again. I approached HTN to settle to outstanding debts that were handed over to them. I settled both but made a mistake of 1 cent on the second one. I short paid by 1 cent on a payment of nearly R9000. They insist that I pay the 1c. The banks will not accept 1 cent. In fact no business accepts it. No amount of reasoning with them helps. So I have to get in my car. Drive 50kms to town and deposit R10 to settle a 1cent difference.
