Harassment
<p>I have been under Administration for more than 2 years and HTN Attorneys have been receiving payment from my administrators,but still they phone my work to harass me. Please contact my administrator as you are infringing on my legal rights under section 74A of the administraion Order Act of 1975 where you are not allowed to contact the client who ows you , but the administrator that is appointed by the court. Please employ people that know the legalities before harassing people at work.</p>
HTN Attorneys don't seem to have qualified Legal officials working for them. I don't think that they have anybody with a legal qualification working there.
They are a glorified call centre that does debt collecting fo companies.

Please be advised that the matter was moved to our call centre department on the 21-11-2016 due to non-payment from your administrators,however since we received payment of R60.96 for the month of December the account will be reinstated under administration effectively.
