HARASSERS OF NOTE

HTN Attorneys have got to be the most pain the butt debt collection agency I have ever dealt with!!! They call and harass you about 10 times a day every day, even after making arrangements and then they still get ****y and tell you it's the system, they even still harass you to remind you about the payments due at month end and the most frustrating part of all is they need to learn to have there facts straight!!!! Also your interest charges are completely ridiculous and I will be taking this matter further to the NCR!!! And don't think that not everyone knows their rights and laws not all of us are stupid, so I also suggest your call centre agents get more educated to on the NCA and Debt Collection and most definitely CUSTOMER SERVICE
