Emails goes to blind eyes

I had two loans that was handed over to HTN Attorneys (Boodle and Bruma Finance) I paid off Boodle in December 2018, all was fine until I have to settle Bruma Finance account, I made a mistake of using my old account of Boodle reference number ( ********** 218) instead of Bruma Finance reference number ( ********** 980), full payment was made on the 20th of March 2019 and I sent emails informing them of the reference error and for them to allocate it to correct account and close it but Iam harassed daily with phone calls and emails, the money is already in your account, what more can I do, PLEASE ALLOCATE IT AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!
