DISGUSTING SERVICE. ****** MASKED AS A LAW FIRM.

I have a debt with Wonga that I've been paying R655 per month for. I was sent a text and e-mail about getting a discount. I called to enquire about this. The lady i was speaking to said I would be paying R2500, which didn't make any sense to me as my initial debt was R3,512.84 and I had been paying R655 for the past 3 months. She then told me I didn't qualify after holding for a very long time. From paying to R2500 to I don't qualify, I'm confused.

I then requested a statement of my account and then as my debt was going down, I see on the statement R270 for outstanding commission dated exactly on the day that I requested my statement and never before in any previous months and then another R75 which is your collection commission. I sent and e-mail querying this and received a generic thank you e-mail and ticket number on 13 November and again on 21 November 2018. To date, no one has bothered to get back to me. I need that money to be credited back into my account. The whole purpose is to help us settle our debts not ***** us into paying more then tell us to settle then take that away to keep us in debt. Your are quite appalling, disorganised and extremely unprofessional and are looking more and more like *******! I work at a law firm and have gone through the Magistrates Court Rules and nowhere do they make provision for such,. stop it! I still am awaiting an explanation and credit to my account.
