Disgusting service

I don't think i have ever dealt with a more unprofessional company. I am utterly disgusted by how customers are treated by these people, I have been paying off accounts for a while now and my last account was paid in March of 2023, the accounts are sitting in positive balances and getting my money back from them has been like pulling teeth, now i hear they have shut their doors and a different company (Ismail & Dahya Attorney's has taken over sorting out refunds, I have waited the 14 days, it's been weeks later and still nothing, there is no follow up, every time i call, i get given the same story of it being handled by someone else but the manager is never available.

the worst companies I've ever dealt with and this is not me owing them but they owing me.
