Disappointing service!! Paid up letter but amount still reflects as outstanding???!!!

I paid up my account (Account number 25 ********** ********** 9) with money star 2 years ago and this outstanding amount (where I have a paid up letter for) is still reflecting on my credit score. As a result I have been rejected for a Home and Car loan because of this. I have sent countless emails to Money star and HTN attorney's and did not receive any feedback instead, my emails were/are being ignored! How would they react if something they paid up affecting the purchasing power? I have asked for assistance and help to get this cleared so many times however, this seems to be an effort all in vain. Im trusting that writing a review on this platform would get me the assistance I require and to get this account cleared from my name ASAP!
