My foschini account was handed over to HTN Attorneys in 2014. Since 2015 I have been dedicated to making monthly payments. Last month I requested my outstanding balance and settled the amount which was R 2 569.07. Upon inspecting my credit report this month it shows that now I have a balance of R 1 539.00 from where that amount comes from I don't even know because according to me I have settled that account in full. I am so annoyed and because I feel like what they are doing is proper day light *******. Foschini has just confirmed that this account is settled in full but no they still have a balance which is absolutely ridiculous. If I settle this amount now, it means next month it will be showing that I am owing 2000 or something.
