Contravention of POPI Act

They called my wife this morning and gave her my account information, this is in contravention of the POPI Act, I called them and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and the consultant who I spoke to advised they don't direct calls to managers or supervisors, the consultant I spoke to is Siphamandla Konono, the consultant advised that the consultant who disclosed my information is "AGENT60"
