Bad service
I had a debit order arrangement with them for my FOSCHINI account and was advised to discontinue paying at the store and continue with the debit order option . The consultants are rude and have no service s****s , no one could help me the last team leader by the name of Sabelo told me straight that he cant help me with existing queries because he was not involved .I am still waiting for my refund of R370 which they wrongfully debited and they said I must go to my bank and reverse it and when I asked who will then pay for the reversal fee they didn't care at all .its now 5months waiting for my money .
