bad service

i recieved a email from Eileen marks today with regards to a bruma account which is with HTN ATTORNEYS which i am aware about i recieved a call from a lady by the name of Nonhlanhla Masina and we made an arragements with regards to paying an amount of R340.00 a month which was debited on the 20/08/2015 and on the 19/09/2015 next debit order to go off on the 20/10/2015and now i recieved a email from Eilen Marrks stating that i have not made payments and that my account is in arrears yet i paid an amount of R640.00 aslo was informed that no arragement hasd been made and i have all the emails and confirmation from Nonhlanhla Masina that the application and arrragment has been captured i have been sending emails which is being ready but they are not responding i have attached all the emails my bank statments showing the payment has gone off i want feedback today as to what is going on and where is the R640.00 that i paid cause i will not be held liable for this if no feedback provided today i will take this matter further
