Bad service.

I had an account with Truworths, and it was handed over or Htn bought the book I really don't care, what I know is I was dealing with Htn, the service was really quick when they took the settlement, now they went from hero of collecting to zero for sending my payed up / settlement letter. It is quite annoying to have to call in a week and out and being transfered from one debt collector to the other, who keeps telling me lame excuses, Ooh we forgot to request for your account to be closed,so they say... BAD SERVICE . WHY CANT I JUST GET MY PAYED UP LETTER????????
