BAD SERVICE

HTN attorneys who are collecting for Bruma Finance does not know how to treat clients. I have two loans from Bruma Finance, their agents called me two and one of them by the name Mpho Moiloa offered me a 20% discount for the amount R4500, He told me that if I want to settle the amount I will pay 3600. I agreed to take the settlement and promised to pay by 25 February 2019. I asked him to send me a settlement letter. I've been calling the HTN attorneys to ask for the letter since they promised me but I keep on getting different consultant when I ask for Mpho Moiloa. These different consultant they first told me that Mpho Moiloa was busy on the phone and they offered to assist me but the guy never came back, the second consultant told me that I called the call center so I will not be able to get Mpho and when I asked about the discount I was told that Mpho Moiloa was wrong the discount is not calculated like that I should be paying more.

Why HTN Attorneys keep on changing stories? Why don't they speak one thing and why their discount is not calculated the same?
