Bad Service

I have been paying for my account and its literally at a standstill. Dolly is an arrogant call center agent, she was of no assistance. I tried explaining to her that I want to make two payments and settle this account but she couldn't help me out.

Thank you so much for contacting HTN Attorneys.We apologise for the frustration you are experiencing. Please find below an explanation on our charges.  Interest rate: 

●        Interest is calculated daily on the balance outstanding & added onto the account monthly. ●        The interest rate is 10.25 % per annum. ●        Should there be a second interest charge in a month. Take note that this is not a second charge but a recalculation for the reminder of the month taking the payment made into account. 
Collection Commission:
 

●        Collection Commission is charged at 10% + VAT of the instalment received, subject to a maximum amount of R 1150(Vat Inc.). This is raised on receipt of an instalment (on or more) in redemption of the debt inclusive of instalments made directly to the Client. ●        Outstanding Commission is calculated on the outstanding balance at 10% + VAT, subject to a maximum amount of R 1150(Vat Inc.). Should you require any further information, kindly contact us on ***or reply to this email.

As a result, adverse payment information could reflect on your credit profile, which could affect your credit score and your ability to obtain credit. All Credit Providers do credit checks.
