BAD SERVICE
I phoned today, 24 March 2018 HTN Attorneys. I spoke to Lerratto. I made an offer on my account of Bruma Finance and she did not accept it. She informed me that the amount outstanding is R 6,123.18 and I can get a 20% discount. I insisted that I speak to her manager or team leader and she advised me that her team leader Shaun Schussler did not want to speak to me, after a struggle I get to spoke to him and he advised me that the amount is R 6,094.00. Apparently there systems are down and he can not give me an discounted amount. I made a offer of R4,000.00 to him and he said he will come back to me in this regard. I want an e-mail on Monday, 26 March 2018 by no later than 09:00 stating that they either accept my offer or declined it and provide me with an new amount.
I am fed up with people and companies doing what they like and speak to you like they want. And then you must just be happy with that.
Sorry.
If I do not receive an e-mail and a telephone call by 09:00 on the 26 March 2018 I will take this further and you will read about this in all the local newspapers.
