Bad customer service

My Sportscene account was handed over to HTN attorneys i have made a full payment however am being sent from pillar to post for requesting a paid up letter first they said the payment hasn't reflected i call again and am told they can see the payment but will have to call again for a paid up letter the staff is very rude i can't wait for 7 days for a letter i need it ASAP am told to call again.ive been calling with no assistance they asked me to pay of which i did and know am struggling to get a simple paid up letter
