BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

<p>On the 27 June is called into the call centre to have my debit order increased, I spoke to Tasneem Peterson to have this done, she sent me a new breakdown but the values were inaccurate and it did not add up to what was supposed to be, she then said that she will ask her manager Thembi Shabangu to call me be back to reslove this by the end of the day (27 June) NO ONE CALLED ME BACK I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES WITH ONE TO ASSIST ME!!!. This morning i called again to get an answer and TASNEEM PETERSON KEPT ON HAGING UP THE CALL IN MY EAR 3 TIMES!!!!. Finally Thembi Shabangu managed to pick up my call this morning (28 June) and said she will come back to me within 7 Days for a recalculation. I WANT A PROPER BREAKDOWN OF WHAT I AM PAYING FOR AND I WANT AN ANSWER AS TO WHY THE FEES WERE NOT AS STATED, I WANT EXPLANATIONS TO HOW IT IS CALCULATED BECAUSE BOTH THEMBI AND TASNEEM FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH THIS. THIS IS VERY BAD REFLECTION ON HTN ATTORNEYS THAT GIVES AN IMPRESSION THAT THEY CAN CHARGE ANY AMOUNT TO UNSUSPECTING CONSUMERS . TO RECALCULATE DOES NOT TAKE 7 DAYS!!! WHY WAIT FOR SO LONG?? DOES THIS MEAN I FALL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PILE????? </p>
