Account paid up by not removed from credit bureau

HTN attorneys have been handling my adverse MoneyStar account.

My account with moneystar was settled in full in May 2018, to whihc i i was told by htn Attorneys that it would take 21 days to remove my name from the credit bureau

It's 4 months now and not removed and when i went to apply for a bond(on 25 Oct 2018), the bank declined me because htn attorneys never sent a request to experian to remove my name.

Shame on you guys...You cannot be playing around with peoples lives like this....

I want this sorted out immediately. ID: ********** 114089

I have submitted my ID number to them on the 01 Nov 2018 and to date my name is still listed on bureau and HTN have not provided any feedback on what they are doing to fix this....These guys are ******
