Account paid up but no action taken.
<p>I paid my Bruma Finance account up in full on the 25th of May, and HTN attorneys have yet to remove this from my credit listing. Not only do they rarely respond to emails, but as a firm of attorneys their service is riduculous. According to Bruma Finance I still owe them money, so not only is my credit rating badly affected, but I have no idea what HTN attorneys have even done with my money. I keep being told every month to wait 21 days, but it has been much longer than that.This is honestly the worst service I have experienced, and that is alot coming from a country that already lacks in service delievery. I would not receommend your services to anyone. Absolutely awful.</p>
I was advised by Zoleka of HTN attorneys on the 4th of July that my request was sent to all credit Bureaus, and told by her again today that it only got sent today and not on the 4th of July. Absolutely furious
