Absolutely poor service!
After months of getting no response from this business regarding my outstanding balance as I was handed over and finally, after many phone calls, getting the amount, I am now told I have to wait up to 2 weeks for a paid up letter.
I have sent Proof Of Payment to the person I dealt with and still nothing has been received.
I understand that I am currently under debt review but this company is delaying me from getting out of it. Today I was supposed to be officially debt free but this is just a nightmare that I don't want to have.
Please just give me my letter. You people did nothing to help me, I settled the full balance after months of waiting for responses from you people.
GIVE ME MY LETTER!

22 Dec 2020, 11:37I have now since received a call from a very unprofessional lady who has no clue how to deal with customers and is making this my problem when no one from their business had advised me of how long this was going to take to get sorted.
I don't need someone to speak over me, I need someone to explain to me what the process is without making it my fault that they're the ones that were ***********.
This business knows nothing about customer service and treats its customers like their debt is their issue - tell us something we don't already know.
If you don't know how to deal with customers, you're in the wrong profession.
