Absolute worst disgusting service

This company is the worst kind, they threaten you and refuse to be of any assistance. This is my true horror story of my experience with them.

On Monday 19/03/2018 they sent me a mail stating that I owed a amount of R9379.00 which was totally incorrect. I immediately forwarded the proof of payment and proof that the account was paid up and that this matter is closed.

On Saturday the company sent me a threatening message and a Email threatening to blacklist me. I forwarded the same proof of payment and account settled letter to them and I called them to confirm that this was received. Then not a hour later I received a mail with a countdown of 4 days that states I will be blacklisted. I phoned again and recorded the call, I spoke to Shaun who stated that all was in order and this is now resolved. I asked him to confirm and thought this would be the end.

Today I received a mail with the countdown at 3 and I phoned them again, they refuse to stop harassing you, I have told them I will report the matter to the NCR and the Beeld.

Disgusting service, please stay away from these ******.
