Abrupt and Happiness deprived Agent - Lerato

<p>My mum had a loan taken out with boodle, she fell ill and was unable to pay the loan and it went into arrears. I called HTN Attorneys and spoke to Sphiwe in April 2015, he made an arrangment with me and advised on the last payment i should call and get the settlement amount which will be almost half of what I normally will pay every month. I called in September 2015(nightmares begins), speaks to an agent who insists they can't speak to me and they need to speak to my Mum to make the arrangment, I advised her that i am making the payment and all i need is the balance so i can pay it off, she refused. So, i told her okay then they won't get the payment. i Told my mum if they ever call her to tell them i am paying the account and they should speak to me. My mum did just just that but they never called.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Tuesday, 07/06/2016, the 1st day of Ramadan-Lerato calls my mum in the early hours around 7am insisting my mum pays immediately. Mu mum tells her that she needs to speak to me as i am paying the account, Lerato then tell my mum that she took the loan and she must not bring me into the picture and must take responsibility and give her(lerato) the banking details that belong to my mum. My mum continuously tells her that she is not working and she should speak to me but Lerato continues her interogation, she starts harrassing my mum callin her every 5minutes thereafter and insisting her banknig details. My mum then calls me almost close to tears and trying to hold it in as our family just started fasting and she explains to me the situation.</p> <p>I can't believe a person can harass a elderly women after she clearly told Lerato that i will pay the account. Is Lerato having some anger issues or doesn't she have any love in her life ?</p> <p>Nontheless, I Hope she gets what she deserves as her call ethics and professionallism is that of someone from the side of road.</p> <p>I think this agent owes my mum a solid apology,</p> <p>***</p>
