HSR Customs non delivery

Heinrich du Preez & Tinus Potgieter at HSR Customs. Despite our expectations, we have experienced continuous dishonesty and unfulfilled promises from these individuals. The level of customer service provided has been subpar, and their conduct has been unprofessional, exhibiting arrogance and rudeness.

It is disheartening to witness the disregard for customer satisfaction and the apparent lack of accountability within your organization. The behavior of Heinrich du Preez & Tinus Potgieter has deeply impacted our trust and has raised serious concerns about the values and ethics upheld by HSR Customs. Ordered a Cobra in Dec. Delivery date 13 June. To-date car has not been delivered. It is not complete yet calls are not answered and complete disregard of Delivery times and dates. This was for my husband's birthday which was destroyed by non delivery, non communications and utter disregard even though full payment was made as requested
