Maintenance Money been waiting from 10 May for the money to be transferred from HSBC Dubai to ABSA SA - WHY?

I would like to know why is it so difficult to transfer maintenance money from a HSBC account in Dubai to a South African Bank account.

We have been trying to do the payment since 10 May 2021 and I still have no funds in my account. This is taking food out of my children's mouth. I am beyond being patient. Can someone please explain to me what seems to be the problem. Every phone call leads to empty promises.

A new payment was made on Friday, 11 June 2021 since the first one was reversed. STILL NO MONEY.

I need help and answers urgently. If we are doing something wrong then say so and help us to get the money to SA but this service is unexpectable.

I have to mention that I spoke to HSBC SA this morning and the service a received was professional and helpful. Well Done!
