Completely overcharged

Master Lock and Keys allowed this since they subcontract their work. Completely and utterly overcharged. My security gate was giving problems. It LITERALLY took two minutes to open the lock and replace with a new one. I was charged R1995 for the service. I am truly at a loss for words...
