Failed installation, failed promises & runaway ****!

HS INDUSTRIES- HEINO & ILSE SMIT We paid Heino & Ilse in October 2022 for a front motorised gate, front door and 3 barn doors. They came to install the main gate late in December 2022, with a big struggle. The gate was a big mess, which they promised to fix in January of 2023. They have up to date not came back to fix & re install. During this period they claimed there was a *******, but did not send us the police case number. They promised to payback the monies owed. They paid us R20 000.00 of R33 000.00. Everyday promises of payment, but it never happens.
