HS Electrical Solutions - ****MERS

HS Electrical Solutions engaged in quite a substantial amount of Solar Projects here in the Somerset West & surrounding areas of Cape Town . He was paid in full for the installations as well the Electrical COC's for around 15-20 properties . I unfortunately found out through the registration process that he was not able to sign off the solar projects yet gave invalid somewhat *****ulent certification . He conned me , the Electrical Engineer & many of my clients into thinking he was being 100% honest with us . After months of broken promises he was unable to come up with a solution to this . I have , with his agreement instructed another registered person to carry out the COC for which I paid in full . Stefan agreed both on email & whatsapp that he would pay these monies to me which is around R17,000 . I'm still waiting & now he is hiding behind his gated complex & avoiding me like the plague . I've never met such a ********* person in my entire life . I'm hoping that with this review & the countless reviews to follow from disgruntled clients that he is stopped in his tracks from conning other people like he did to me . He's a disgrace
