lack of feedback,bad attitude and bad service

On the 15th April 2015 I made a payment via EFT to an account given by HRES debt collectors for Polokwane Municipality,because I did not have the reference number for my account on me at the time I paid anyway, because I did not want to fall back on the promise to pay on the 15th exactly. March i paid an amount of R500 which they confirm that they can see reflecting on the system,that's fine.now since around the 15th May 2015 I have been getting threatning messages from HRES saying if i dont pay sumthing around R600 and something by month end I will be taken lawyers whatever the case was.I called in and asked about the payment i made on the 15th April of R550.80 to the account given,a lady Noxolo said shel check and notify me whats going on, I waited until I made a call again to make followup and wayfoward. I even sent her the proof of payment so they can be able to search and allocate my payment because i knew it did not have any reference which would make the allocation of payment difficult.Till today I am still waiting for that particular lady called Noxolo to give me feedback so I am able to know what the outstanding balance is,so I pay it and get this over with.Im very ****ed
