HRC Port Elizabeth - worst service

HRC is a company in Port Elizabeth that sells electronics and gadgets - Grant (a previous employee who worked at this company) came to our offices with a device that could charge your phone - a colleague bought one from him for R150, he seemed professional at first. The device was faulty and my colleague contacted this person on numerous occasions to come to the office either to give the money back or change the product. He always had excuses and his latest message to my colleague was that he has moved to Jhb and for further dealings he can contact Herman at HRC on ***. This company has poor and shocking service - PE people - do not buy from HRC.
