Worst service empty promises, excuses galore

Worst experience ever. Waiting since 29 May for a tablet repair. Little to no feedback and if any, Excuses upon excuses. Promised to refund me on the 13th of June and to send the Broken tablet back. NOTHING AS YET. Ombudsman already contacted. Whatssap correspondance available on request
