I am actually in disbelief at how pleasant my experience has been with them.

I've been working for 8 years now and have worked with quite a lot of recruiters but a lot of them ghost and disappear, are slow in communication, only target the easy ones and the lowest-hanging fruit and just resort to ***eonholing people.

I have had the privilege of working with Marlize and she has been truly excellent. She is attentive, a good listener, she returns missed calls even if she doesn't know who called, she gives tips and guidance and she is just a star overall. I can imagine that she has a good support team behind her even though I haven't worked with them directly.

The quality of engagement is a reflection of her as an individual as well as the culture that the company probably encourages (we've all been there when a company dims your light).

Well done to all involved, you are truly a breath of fresh air and I hope your competitors are watching and taking notes.
