UNPROFESSIONAL IRRESPONSIBLE Munyai ATTORNEYS

We have been trying to register a deceased estate property since February this year. The lockdown created an unforeseen delay for us as offices were closed and nothing could be processed. I understood this and was waiting for Deeds offices and the attorney offices to be functional.

They have been operational since June, July, but I have been given the runaround, without any feedback as to what is happening. I was told almost two months ago that the lodgement was rejected and another one needs to be handed in by Chris Mathebula together with Maryna from Angl Attorneys, however we get no feedback and the buck is being passed on by each attorney to another.

Chris Mathebula is the only person who is able to assist me, however he never answers my calls, smses, emails and is never available in the office. We have paid all the transfer and Bond fees as we were instructed but we are not getting assistance. Its been nine months of trying to register this property. I am frustrated and really don't know where to turn to.

My advice! WHEN YOU SEE THE WORDS "MUNYAI ATTORNEYS " RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!!!! ZERO RECCOMENDATION!
