HR Munyai attorneys de*****ed me R75 000.00

HR Munyai attorneys and their property agent, Neo de*****ed me R75 000. 00. I bought a property in October 2019 at Orange Farm through the agent called Neo whereby HR Munyai attorneys were my conveyancers. After a week I learnt that the property which I bought had already been sold to someone else before I bought it. As a result I decided to cancel my deal and demanded my refund. As HR Munyai attorneys were my conveyancers they promised me that I will receive my refund as soon as possible. I have running up and down to their offices at Marble towers (Johannesburg) whereby we made several arrangements that they will refund me. I have also been calling them non stop but they have decided not to pick up my calls. Initially, the case was handled by Ghundo (excellent service I must say) who later handed it to his superior Chris Mathevula due to the failure of the agent (Neo) to keep up her promises. Mind you her office is at Orange farm opposite to eyethu mall. So my advice to you out there is that never ever buy a property advertised on gummetry by the agent called Neo. Don't engage in any legal business with the HR Munyai attorneys because they are not trustworthy, they have ****med me R75 000.00 with the help of the agent called Neo. But now they have arrived at Park Station, I will fight until the last drop of my blood. HR Munyai attorneys and Neo are crocks.
