Chicken or beef, what lies! Why give your customers that option.

I went to Hq/roast & co on Thursday and we sat at a table where we were offered both HQ and roast and co menu’s by TERRY after an hour of waiting Terry supposedly called a manager that told us we cant order beef at this table because its a chicken table, and goes to all the HQ waiters telling them not to serve us. Which i think is pathetic service due to the fact that we were seated and offered both menu’s at the time one of the hq managers then came to our table saying its okay we can order from the hq menu which we then ordered about a half and hour after that another hq manager came to our table stating that they cannot help us. So after all of this chaos these people wasted 2 hours of my time and we were still hungry!!!! What **** service, will never go there again.
