HQ Foods Disaster

After experiencing the misfortune of having dried chilli tops in their Dhanya & Chilli sauce, I called theor offices. A few things happened. 1) my call was dropped. 2) I called back. Irate. 3) after explaining my discovery to a Mr. Hassan, he proceeded to explain that all chillies are washed and processed on site. They would have to replace my bottle of Sauce and have it tested. All standard procesure for the food industry. 4) no apology was made, distinct lack of empathy. Instead of calming me down, I became more irate at the lack of professionalism, and also the fact that i was being talken over. WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. EVER AGAIN. 5) arrangements were made to collect my bottle of Sauce at my home address, provided my contact number too. Mr. Hassan indicated that he personally or another staff member would collect. 6) that call happened just shy of 24 hours ago. 7) it is not 13:17. No communication received at all. No collection of my sauce bottle took place. I have no faith that it will be [collected].

The lack of respect for their customer(s) and lack of communication has prompted me to rant online on this platform.

Seriously P.O.d now. Approach with extreme caution
