HP Online non-delivery and bad attitude.

Order placed on Monday for 4 cartridges, with delivery expected within 1 day.. 2 arrived on Tuesday with no explanation about the missing 2. It's now 4 days later and still no delivery but there's an excuse that they only had my postal address. They cant explain how 2 cartridges were delivered on Tuesday to my physical address. No sense of urgency, no apology, delivery will be made on Monday, apparently.
