Worst Service Ever

We have a Hyundai Wheel loader that we needed some spares for. On HPE Africa's website they claim to be the sole distributor of Hyundai Construction Equipment so we order the bearings and seals that we needed. Then they send us a Quote for the parts and we paid it. Well after a month and we still don't have the bearings. We had to hire another Loader so that our business doesn't come to a still stand.
