wrong information

I got an email FROM HPCSA stating that i(independant practitioner) need to come do rebewals on the 21-22 December 2015 at Mankweng Hospital,i got to Mankweng Hospital and no one knew about the renewals,i then called HPCSA and i was told that i should go to the recreational hall only to be told that the renewals are being done at Polokwane Provincial Hospital...very disappointed i drove to Polokwane Provincial Hospital and i was told renewals are not being done for independant practitioners,the information we got was wrong but that was never corrected,i drover 200km for nothing. I'm not happy at all.
