Worst customer service ever!! Not helpful at all - and thats IF they pick up their phones

TERRIBLE!! Ladies and gents, i am now waiting 4 years for my certificate. (I wrote and passed my dental assistant exams about 4 years ago and yet i still have nothing to show for it) Ive emailed, i have phoned, i even went into their offices - of course, with no help at all. When i tell the people i will not be paying my yearly fees until i get my certificate that i have been paying for 3 years - just to be told that they will not give me my certificate if I have not paid. Story short - i paid and then got no response up until today. This is one year later and still waiting for any kind of response. Can you imagine how much fun it is looking for a job but cant provide your certificate. The most useless service ever. Care more about money than providing a service
