This organisation is discriminating against disabled people. And is bias by only taking the side of the medical practitioner who is affiliated to them. The rule of law is not equally app**** . The HPCSA has a set of ethical rules but the same rules that is to protect the patient is used to discriminatie against a patient. The investigation Dept does not investigate properly and not once was I asked questions etc but the prelim Dept etc. applies rules to the advantage of the doctor against the patient. In this case a disabled person And now is telling me to refer the dispute to the high court within 30days.
