Useless service - no response

With exorbitantly high fees for practitioners, you would expect that they at least would update our registrations promptly after we pay or answer emails or phone calls when we are struggling to pay. They encourage us to pay online yet when it kept saying payment failed and after I escalated the problem on email as advised- no response.

However when I paid with EFT and forwarded my proof of payment - also no response and registration not updated.

Phone calls go unanswered despite holding for extremely long periods of time. All of this ******* service and I do not even have my original certificate from last year due to the useless HPCSA workers claiming to be afraid of COVID and not working on site. YET THEY RAISE THE FEES!! I could be suspended from going to work as a doctor in an understaffed government hospital due to sheer incompetence of this useless organisation. It is a ******* scheme yet they are responsibility for promoting the professionalism of our health care workers.
