I have sent you multiple emails and this was the first response I got back from you

This email is not adequate feedback as it tells me nothing about how the client can be expected to wait for a response and it also does not tell me how far along the “investigation” into the allegations is

The original complaint was also incomplete and I sent additional information for the other medical providers (Dr Djan and the hospital)

I have not received a courtesy email to say that you had even received that email !

This is completely unprofessional and I am concerned about your competence to handle this matter!

Please provide me with urgent meaningful feedback so that my client - WHO LOST HER CHILD – can at least know that the HCPSA is not allowing doctors to go around acting irresponsible under the supposedly watchful eye of the HPCSA. only to be told that the refrence numbers provided by you are incorrect.

I have attached an affidavit as well as additional information pertaining to the complaints we have lodged – please be confirm receipt of this email
