Unprofessional

I have been told how slow and unprofessional this office is but never took that to heart until today where I have to wait for 2 hours for them to process documents that were sent a month ago and when you call the office you are promised they will process everything within a week. Hpcsa is an office for professionals so they say but it's the most slow and no one cares about you when you go there, I waited for a certificate to be processed and issues, I was there 30 minutes earlier before they opened but I'm still in the same office at 10 am, and no one wants to take responsibility, every other person knows nothing about registering as independent practitioner.
