Unacceptable service delivery levels by the HPCSA

Following my query (and repeated follow ups) put to you from 03 March, it is now a few days short of one month, and this query is still not resolved. I cannot possibly convey the level of frustration and anguish your lack of interest in assisting me to resolve this issue is causing me!<br> <br> Can you please clarify what the problem appears to be? I had paid you R769.60 in 2014 for a service I had not received, and I was invoiced R570.00 for my 2015 Intern Psychologist registration fee. Simple mathematics indicate that I should obtain a refund of R199.60, yet you've advised that I owe you an additional R337.83. I do not have any registration fees in arrears, so please, PLEASE clarify how this apparent outstanding amount was derived? <br>
