1 year and 6 months still waiting for these guys to actually respond to me with ACTUAL answer so far they have given me the the same email for over a year.. Yet the DR (MOOPEN) had 40 days in which to respond to my complaint of malpractice which was over 1year 6 months, this is the clear indication of how the HPCSA runs the department. time to take this to CARTE BLANCHE
