Terrible service - no communication.

I have been trying to register as a medical scientist. My portfolio of evidence was approved end of March. The results letter I received was addressed to me, however the intern name, MSIN number and even the discipline were all incorrect. I then requested the letter to be corrected. After two days I received the revised letter, with everything corrected except the MSIN number. Again I requested it to be corrected. Just to be ignored for almost three weeks. I then sent an email to the head of training and education and within an hour I received the correct letter. The same day I was contacted by a team leader at the registration department saying he will sort out my registration before the end of the day. My original documents were dropped off at their offices in Madiba street and he is just waiting for proof from the mail room. It is a week later and NO ONE is replying to emails or phone calls. Even the head of the registrations division can't be bothered to reply to my emails. I don't know what the delay is. Last I heard was that I will be registered. I think this is a disgrace as we pay for this service. The least they can do is just reply to emails. If I could rate them 0 / 5 I would, they don't even deserve 1 star.
